浅谈大学生思想政治教育个性化培养模式的创新

摘　　要：在开展大学生思想政治教育时,思想政治教育工作者应该充分做到理论联系实际。当前,大学生思想政治教育的开展,应该创新个性化培养模式,为青年大学生的成长成才提供帮助和支持。在思想政治理论课教学环节,也应该重视大学生的个性化培养。本文以马克思主义理论为指导,结合有关会议的讲话精神,阐述了新时代大学生思想政治教育个性化的内涵,分析新时代大学生思想政治教育个性化存在的问题,以达到创新大学生思想政治教育个性化培养模式的目的。In carrying out ideological and political education for college students,ideological and political educators should fully integrate theory with practice.At present,the development of ideological and political education of college students should innovate personalized training mode to provide help and support for the growth of young college students.Under the guidance of Marxist theory,combined with the spirit of the speech of relevant conferences,this paper expounds the connotation of individualized ideological and political education of college students in the new era,analyzes the problems existing in the individualization of ideological and political education of college students in the new era,so as to achieve the purpose of innovating the personalized training mode of ideological and political education of college students.
