摘　　要：近些年,我国教育规模持续扩张,且教育布局不断调整,部分中职院校通过政府审批同意后升格为高职院校。新升格高职院校在发展与建设过程中面临诸多困境,若想有效解决发展困境,首先要建设完善的师资团队。本文以新升格高职院校师资队伍建设必要性入手,分析了新升格高职院校师资队伍建设面临的困境,提出新升格高职院校师资队伍建设的有效策略。In recent years,the scale of education in my country has continued to expand,and the layout of education has been continuously adjusted.Some secondary vocational colleges have been upgraded to higher vocational colleges after approval by the government.Newly upgraded higher vocational colleges face many difficulties in the process of development and construction.This article starts with the necessity of the construction of the teaching staff of newly upgraded vocational colleges,analyzes the difficulties faced by the construction of the teaching staff of newly upgraded vocational colleges,and proposes effective strategies for the construction of the teaching staff of newly upgraded vocational colleges.
