摘 要:针对制革生产线"生皮-蓝皮"工艺生产过程中产生的生产线布局混乱、存在瓶颈工序、设备利用率较低和设备产能不足等问题,提出"基于Witness仿真发现问题—遗传算法优化解决问题—Witness仿真验证优化方案有效性"的新型闭环优化方法。该方法运用Witness仿真平台获得各个工序的生产效率,分析瓶颈工序和关键工序,利用生产线平衡率指标及遗传算法,对其设备布局以及设备资源等参数进行优化,最后采用Witness仿真平台进行验证。结果表明,优化后模型的制革产量增加54%,设备利用率和设备产能均有显著提高。Aiming at the problems of chaotic layout of production line,bottleneck process,low equipment utilization rate and insufficient equipment capacity during the production process of the tanning production line“raw hide-blue skin”process,a new closed-loop optimization method was proposed:finding the problem based on Witness simulation,solving the problem by genetic algorithm optimization,verifying the optimization plan effectiveness by Witness simulation.The Witness simulation platform was used to obtain the production efficiency of each process,the bottleneck process and key processes were analyzed,the production line balance rate index and genetic algorithm were used to optimize its equipment layout and equipment resources and other parameters,and finally the Witness simulation platform was used to verify the correctness of method.The results show that the tannery output of the optimized model increases by 54%,and the equipment utilization rate and equipment capacity are significantly improved.
