基于MDT的儿童脑肿瘤新兴诊治学科应用对改善脑肿瘤患儿生活质量的价值

摘　　要：【目的】探讨基于多学科协作(MDT)的儿童脑肿瘤新兴诊疗学科的应用对改善脑肿瘤患儿生活质量的价值。【方法】分析2017年1月至2018年12月本院收治的122例脑肿瘤患儿,根据随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各61例。对照组接受常规诊疗方式,观察组接受多学科协作流程治疗。比较两组患儿术后临床症状改善情况及生活质量情况。【结果】观察组术后头痛、头晕、恶心呕吐、眼底水肿、肿瘤压迫症状所占比例均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】基于MDT的儿童脑肿瘤新兴诊疗学科的应用可较好地改善患儿临床症状,有助于提高脑肿瘤患儿生活质量。【Objective】To explore the new diagnosis and treatment based on MDT(multi-disciplinary team)for children with brain tumor.【Methods】A total of 122 children with brain tumor admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were analyzed and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.The control group received conventional diagnosis and treatment,and the observation group received multidisciplinary collaborative process treatment.The improvement of clinical symptoms and quality of life were compared between the two groups.【Results】The proportion of postoperative headache,dizziness,nausea and vomiting,fundus edema,tumor compression symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】New diagnosis and treatment based on MDT can improve the clinical prognosis and promote the fast recovery.
