摘　　要：《阴阳鉴》是清晚期贵州宣讲圣谕的代表作。该书通过真君在冥府十殿的阐律与审案,演绎圣谕、阐发儒家之道。律案结合,以律引案,以案辅律演律,进而演绎圣谕是该书的显著特色。《阴阳鉴》采用了通俗小说的体例,是典型的长篇章回小说,其借助神灵阐道、借助善恶报应故事证律来演绎圣谕的方式,令其兼有善书性与小说性。《阴阳鉴》所具有的文学价值、宗教价值及其所体现的理学观念,值得学界深入研究。Yin and Yang Object Lesson(《阴阳鉴》)is a representative work for preaching the imperial decree in Guizhou in the late Qing dynasty.The book interprets the imperial decree spirit and Confucianism through Zhenjun's interpreting legal articles and trying cases in the Ten Halls of the Hades Palace.The ways of combining the legal articles with the cases,introducing the cases with the legal articles and interpreting the legal articles with the cases are applied to interpret the imperial decree spirit,which are the prominent features of the book.Adopting the style of popular novels,Yin and Yang Object Lesson is a typical novel with long chapters.The ways of interpreting Taoism by means of the gods and interpreting the imperial decree through the stories of good recompense and retribution for evildoing make it a virtuous novel.The ways of interpreting Taoism by means of the gods and interpreting the imperial decree through the stories of good recompense and retribution for evildoing make it a virtuous novel.Its literary value,religious value and Neo-confucianism idea is worthy of further study in academic circles.
