高职院校大学生马克思主义理论读书社建设的问题及对策--以闽北职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：以闽北职业技术学院为例,介绍大学生马克思主义理论读书社建设情况以及成效;分析高职院校大学生马克思主义理论读书社建设存在的缺乏规范的管理制度和激励机制;领导重视力度不够,指导教师严重缺乏;社团活动缺乏规划性、延续性和创新性;缺乏得力的社团干部;社团建设经费不足,活动场地缺乏等问题。提出高职院校应该加强对马克思主义理论读书社的组织领导,制定完善规范的管理考核制度和激励制度,开展丰富多彩的马克思主义理论读书社活动,培养一批得力的马克思主义理论读书社干部等对策。Taking the vocational and technical College of Northern Fujian as an example,introduce the construction of college students’Marxist theory reading club and its achievements.Analyse that the construction of marxist theory reading club of college students is lack of standardized management system and incentive mechanism,attention is inadequate,and has a serious shortage of instructors,lack of club activities planning,continuity and innovation,lack of effective community cadres community construction funds and activity space,etc..It is suggested that higher vocational colleges should strengthen the organization and leadership of the Marxist theory reading club,formulate and perfect the standardized management assessment system and incentive system,carry out various activities of the Marxist theory reading club,and train a group of effective cadres of the Marxist theory reading club.
