摘 要:随着制造业向智能化和柔性化方向发展,传统机械压力机由于难以实现变速调节和改变运动特性等缺点,无法满足未来加工业需求。伺服压力机由于采用伺服电机直接驱动,实现了压力机运动的柔性控制,成为了该行业未来发展的趋势,而自主研发伺服压力机控制系统也已成为国内压力机行业的研究热点和难点。本文对伺服压力机模糊智能控制的主要研究方式进行较详细的分析和论述,包括模糊模型与基本控制算法,非线性系统的模糊建模与控制,模糊预测控制,模糊控制系统的稳定性分析等。对它们在智能控制中的地位和作用进行讨论,并对模糊智能控制的发展做了展望。As the manufacturing industry develops toward intelligence and flexibility,traditional mechanical presses cannot meet the needs of the future processing industry due to the difficulty of achieving variable speed adjustment and changing motion characteristics.Servo press has been directly driven by servo motors to achieve flexible control of press motion,which has become the future development trend of the industry.Independent research and development of servo press control systems has also become a research hotspot and difficulty in the domestic press industry.The main research methods of fuzzy intelligent control of servo press have been analyzed and discussed in detail in the text,including fuzzy model and basic control algorithm,fuzzy modeling and control of nonlinear system,fuzzy predictive control,stability analysis of fuzzy control system,etc.The status and role in intelligent control has been discussed and the development of fuzzy intelligent control has been prospected.
