摘　　要：论文首先介绍了创新创业教育的背景,然后分析了地方高校创新创业教育中存在的问题,最后针对性地提出了"三位一体"的人才培养模式,以提升地方高校大学生创新创业能力,提高大学生培养质量。In order to enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of local college students,improve the quality of college students training.This paper first introduces the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education,then analyzes the existing problems in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of local colleges,finally puts forward the"trinity"talent cultivating model,in order to enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of local college students,improve the quality of college students training.
