摘　　要：随着研究生招生规模的扩大,单导师培养模式在研究生培养中的不足日渐突出,导师团队模式是目前及未来所需的研究生培养方式。论文在国家"双一流"建设方案指导下,依托学校和学院认定的科研团队,对以科研团队的纵横向课题为载体的研究生导师团队培养模式进行了改革探索与实践,使研究生的实践能力、创新能力和科研开发能力得到提高,有效提升研究生培养质量。With the expansion of the scale of graduate student enrollment,the deficiency of single tutor training mode in graduate education is becoming increasingly prominent.The tutor team mode is the current and future graduate training mode.Under the guidance of the national“double first-class”construction plan,relying on the scientific research team recognized by the university and college,this paper explores and practices the training mode of graduate tutor team based on the vertical and horizontal topics of scientific research team,so as to improve the practical ability,innovation ability and scientific research development ability of graduate students,and effectively improve the quality of graduate training.
