摘 要:为使天线在同一平面内,多个波束覆盖前向所有工作空域,对天线馈电网络进行了研究。为满足天线对网络超宽带、低剖面、易集成的需求,基于多级阻抗变换技术和微波多层板技术,利用三级1/4阻抗变换器展宽了功分网络的频带,结合三维微波电路的制造和封装技术实现多层微波线路的层间互连,最终设计并制作了一套工作在6~18 GHz的1∶16超宽带、高功分比、低损耗且结构紧凑的功分网络。测试结果表明,在6~18 GHz,该网络的损耗小于4.3 dB,功分比为2.6∶1,驻波小于1.8。In order to cover the forward working airspace with multiple-beams,the antenna feed network is studied.To meet the requirement of antenna which is low profile,easily integrated,based on impedance transformation technology and microwave multilayer board technology,a quarter-wavelength cascaded impedance converter realizes broadband character,the technique used in 3 D microwave circuits manufacturing and encapsulating integrate realizes the interconnection of multilayer microwave circuits.Finally,a 1∶16 unequal power divider network with high power dividing ratio is designed and processed in the range of 6~18 GHz.The test results show that the network has good microwave transmission performance.The loss is less than 4.3 dB,the power ratio is 2.6∶1 and the VSWR is less than 1.8 in the range of 6~18 GHz.
