摘 要:采用总抗氧化能力、羟基自由基清除能力、超氧阴离子自由基清除能力评价泽泻水提取物、65%乙醇提取物和95%乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性,并采用HPLC法分析3种提取物中主成分23-乙酰泽泻醇B的含量差异。结果表明,泽泻水提取物、65%乙醇提取物和95%乙醇提取物的总抗氧化能力分别为0.305 U·g-1、0.313 U·g-1、0.208 U·g-1;当浓度为5.0 mg·mL-1时,对羟基自由基的清除率分别为46.03%、54.00%、21.13%,对超氧阴离子自由基的清除率分别为15.87%、12.90%、31.87%,对超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力较弱;23-乙酰泽泻醇B的含量分别为0、0.632%、0.598%。表明,泽泻抗氧化活性成分主要集中于乙醇提取物中。According to the total antioxidant ability and the ability in scavenging both hydroxyl free radical and superoxide anion free radical,we evaluated the antioxidant activity of the water extract,65%ethanol extract,and 95%ethanol extract of Alisma plantagoaquatica Linn..Moreover,we analyzed the content difference of the principal component of 23-acetyl alisol B in the three extracts by HPLC.The results show that the total antioxidant ability of the water extract,65%ethanol extract,and 95%ethanol extract are 0.305 U·g-1,0.313 U·g-1,and 0.208 U·g-1,respectively.When the concentrations of the water extract,65%ethanol extract,and 95%ethanol extract are 5.0 mg·mL-1,their scavenging rates of hydroxyl free radical and superoxide anion free radical are 46.03%,54.00%,21.13%,and 15.87%,12.90%,31.87%,respectively.The scavenging ability of three extracts to superoxide anion free radical is poor.Their contents of 23-acetyl alisol B are 0,0.632%,and 0.598%,respectively.In conclusion,the antioxidant components of Alisma plantagoaquatica Linn.are mainly concentrated in the ethanol extract.
