摘  要:针对电阻炉实验装置的特点,利用MATLAB模拟电阻炉实验装置进行仿真实验设计,给出了基于MATLAB软件的电阻炉过程控制系统仿真实验方案以及实验教学实践过程。设计了两个仿真实验,滞后系统实验和解耦系统控制实验。该实验教学方法具有实验周期短、可操作性强等特点,方便学生利用碎片化的时间进行学习,不受实验时间和地点的限制,能够加深学生对系统控制方法及系统性能分析等理论知识的理解,提高学生独立解决分析问题的能力及科学素养。Aiming at the characteristics of resistance furnace experimental device,the simulation experimental teaching of resistance furnace process control system is studied based on the MATLAB.The course experiment of resistance furnace process control system is designed based on the MATLAB and two examples are given.One is delay system experiment,the other is decoupling system experiment.This experimental teaching method has a short experimental period.It is strongly operational,students can conveniently use fragmented time to practice regardless of time and the location of the experiment.It can deepen the theoretical knowledge understanding of system control method and system performance analysis,and improve their ability to solve and analyze problems independently and scientific literacy.
