摘 要:数字图像相关方法(Digital image correlation,DIC)只需要单个相机拍摄试件表面变形前后的散斑图像即可进行应变分析,具有实验设备简单、非接触、直观、全场、高精度测量等优点,可有效弥补传统工程力学实验教学中电测法局部单点、接触式测量的缺点,对于学生全面理解典型受力模型的全场应变具有重要意义。拟将光测中的数字图像相关方法引入到传统工程力学实验教学中的应变测试中,分析介绍了数字图像相关方法的原理和在四点弯梁纯弯曲测试中的应用实例。结果表明,在工程力学实验教学中融入数字图像相关方法有助于增强直观性,提升教学效果,同时深化教学改革。Digital image correlation method(DIC)only requires one single camera to capture the surface speckle image to perform strain analysis.It is with the advantages of simple equipment,non-contact,intuition,full-field,and high-precision,which can effectively compensate for the shortcomings of single-point,contact measurement of the traditional electrometric method in engineering mechanics experiment teaching.Therefore,this paper intended to introduce the digital image correlation method to strain test in engineering mechanics experimental teaching,and analyzed the principle and application example in four-points bending tests.The results show that incorporating DIC into engineering mechanics experiment teaching is helpful to enhance intuition,improve teaching effect,and at the same time,deepen teaching reform.
