微格教学实验室开放管理探究

摘　　要：教学技能是师范生必备的技能之一,微格教学是提高师范生教学技能的有效途径,随着微格教学实验室开放的需求越来越大,对微格教学实验室的管理有了更高的要求。针对微格教学实验室开放过程中存在的主要问题,通过分析其产生的原因,结合实验室科学管理的研究,提出了开放模式下微格教学实验室科学管理对策,以确保微格教学实验室的高效运行。Teaching skills are one of the necessary skills for normal university students,and microteaching is an effective way to improve the teaching skills of normal university students.With the increasing demand for the opening of micro-teaching laboratory,the management of microteaching laboratory has higher requirements.In view of the main problems existing in the opening process of the microteaching laboratory,through the analysis of its causes,combined with the research on the scientific management of the laboratory,this paper puts forward the scientific management countermeasures of the microteaching laboratory under the open mode,so as to ensure the efficient operation of the microteaching laboratory.
