摘　　要：目的:探讨关节下腔注射透明质酸联合稳定型垫治疗老年人颞下颌关节骨关节病的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2018年12月就诊于我院颞下颌关节科行关节下腔透明质酸注射及稳定型垫治疗的老年颞下颌关节骨关节病患者,从治疗前、治疗6个月后张口度、VAS疼痛评分和Fricton指数以及CBCT显示的髁突形态变化来评价治疗效果。结果:27例经关节下腔注射透明质酸联合稳定型垫治疗的老年颞下颌关节骨关节病患者张口度、VAS疼痛评分和Fricton指数评分以及髁突影像学评分均较治疗前明显好转(P<0.05)。结论:关节下腔注射透明质酸联合稳定型垫能有效地减轻老年人OA的临床症状,促进破坏的髁突修复。Objective:To explore the effects of inferior joint space hyaluronic acid(HA)injection combined with stabilization splint on elderly temporomandibular joint osteoarthrosis(TMJOA).Methods:The subjects were recruited from Department of Temporomandibular Joint,Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University,from January 2018 to December 2018.All the patients received inferior joint space injection of HA combination with stabilization splint.The therapeutic effect was evaluated from pre-treatment,6 months after treatment with open mouth,VAS pain score and Fricton index,and CBCT revealed condylar morphological changes.Results:In general,the mouth opening degree,VAS pian score,Fricton index of TMJ and condylar imaging grading after 6 months treatment were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Inferior joint space injection of HA combined with stabilization splint can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of geriatric TMJOA,promote condylar process repair.
