摘　　要：以三七花、菊花、槐花、甘草4种药食同源的材料为制作原料,通过进行单因素实验和正交实验研制出一种具有清热解毒、镇静安神、降低血压、清肝明目等功效的复合饮料。以感官评分为标准得出的最佳配方为三七花提取液35%、菊花提取液30%、槐花提取液20%、甘草提取液10%、复合甜味料2%(甜菊糖苷和木糖醇的比例为1∶38)。A kind of compound beverage with the functions of clearing heat and detoxicating,tranquilizing and tranquilizing the mind,lowering blood pressure and clearing liver and eyesight is developed with the medicinal and edible materials of Notoginseng flower,Chrysanthemum,Sophora Japonica and licorice as raw materials by the single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment.The best formula based on sensory score is:Notoginseng flower extract 35%,Chrysanthemum extract 30%,Sophora japonica extract 20%,Licorice extract 10%,Compound sweetener 2%(The ratio of Stevioside to xylitol is 1:38).
