摘　　要：提高人才培养质量是教育界学者永恒的话题,是高校实现社会服务功能的直接体现。随着社会经济的发展,对人才培养提出了新的要求,尤其是以多学科交叉为特点的新工科建设。在此背景下,高校不仅要注重强化学生的专业能力培养,更要大力培养学生的创新创业能力。玉林师范学院的生物制药专业学生专业能力与创新创业能力融合培养模式,为同类高校提供了一些有益的参考。Improving the quality of personnel training was an eternal topic for educators and a direct embodiment of universities'social service function.With the development of social and economy,new requirements were put forward for talent training,especially for the construction of new engineering which is characterized by multi-disciplinary intersections.In this background,universities should not only focus on strengthening the cultivation of students'professional ability,but also vigorously cultivate students'ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.The integration training mode of biological pharmacy major student's professional ability and the innovation entrepreneurship ability of Yulin Normal University would been provided for the similar universities as beneficial reference.
