高校复合创新人才知识模型和培养模式设计

摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展,融合多学科知识的复合创新型人才在促进传统产业转型升级和新兴产业研发的过程中承担着越来越重要的角色。文章通过高校复合创新型人才培养模式内涵释义,提出了一个复合创新型人才知识模型,结合交叉学科知识体系和全程导师制度并设计了一种培养模式。As economy'sfast-developing,the talents are acting more and more important role to support the development of most rising industries and the improvement of traditional industries,which integrate interdisciplinary knowledge and couple with applied and innovative capability.We analyze the problems existed in most current interdisciplinary cultivating schemes.We propose a general knowledge model for comprehensive&innovative talents.Based on the knowledge model,a tutorial systemis designed to promote the acquirerablity of students.
