摘 要:高速铁路桥梁工程为了适应不同地形的立体交叉条件,在桥跨布置时不可避免的采用了部分非标简支桥梁。国内外常规施工方法,非标简支桥梁采用原位现浇法进行施工。原位现浇施工质量不易控制、安全风险高、施工成本高;而参照标准桥跨制采用制梁场预制,架桥机架设,则可优质、安全的完成施工任务。In order to adapt to the three-dimensional crossing conditions of different topography,some non-standard simply supported bridges are inevitably used in the bridge span layout of high-speed railway bridge engineering.According to the conventional construction methods at home and abroad,the non-standard simply supported bridge is constructed by in-situ cast-in-place method.The quality of in-situ cast-in-place construction is not easy to control,the safety risk is high,and the construction cost is high;while with reference to the standard bridge span system,prefabrication of beam yard and erection of bridge erection machine can complete the construction task with high quality and safety.
