摘　　要：纾解民营企业融资困境是经济“新常态”下我国重要的金融支持举措,是金融服务实体经济的具体体现,也是民族地区产业发展、脱贫攻坚、乡村振兴、社会和谐稳定的大事。为此,本文通过深入调查、走访青海省循化撒拉族自治县民营企业、金融机构、政府相关部门,梳理、总结现阶段民营企业发展进程中存在的困难,并从政策、金融市场与机构、民营企业自身等不同层面,提出纾解民营企业融资困境的政策理路,助推民族地区民营企业高质量发展。Relieving the financing difficulties of private enterprises is an important financial support measure in China under the"new normal"of the economy,and is a concrete manifestation of financial services to the real economy.It is also a major event in the industrial development of ethnic areas,the fight against poverty,the revitalization of rural areas,and the social harmony and stability.To this end,this article visits private enterprises,financial institutions,and government departments in Xunhua Salar Autonomous County through in-depth investigations,sorts out and summarizes the difficulties in the development of private enterprises at this stage.At different levels,it proposes a policy approach to alleviate the financing difficulties of private enterprises,and promotes the high-quality development of private enterprises in ethnic regions.
