摘 要:腹腔镜手术的发展和普及客观上要求我们建立与之对应的腹腔镜技能培训课程,而腹腔镜技能评价体系对于腹腔镜培训课程的建立和改进、手术医师的考核和准入具有重要意义。本研究对目前使用的3个腹腔镜技能评价体系进行了综述,阐述了不同评价体系的特点。同时,结合北京大学第三医院应用腹腔镜评价体系的经验,探讨了不同评价体系在不同培训和考核对象中的应用效果。The development of laparoscopic technology needs the corresponding training courses to guide the clinical performance.The laparoscopic skills evaluation system plays an important role in the establishment and improvement of the training system as well as the assessment and entrance accreditation of laparoscopic skills.In this study,three widely used evaluation systems of laparoscopic skills were reviewed,and the characteristics of different systems were illuminated.At the same time,according to the application of laparoscopic skill evaluation system in Peking University Third Hospital,the effect of different evaluation systems for different training and assessment objects was discussed.
