摘 要:思想政治教育从本质上来说是做人的工作,促进人的自由全面发展是思想政治教育的根本旨归。主体性思想政治教育在凸显教育者主体地位的同时湮没了受教育者的主体能动性,无法诠释思想政治教育的本真追求。主体间性思想政治教育超越了主体性思想政治教育,完成了从单主体到共时性双主体的进阶,从对立孤鸣到融情共鸣的转换,从“单向度”客体到共同客体的构建。这一扬弃有利于更好地发挥思想政治教育功能,促使人的精神觉醒,激发人的自我实现,鼓励人的个性发展。实现主体间性思想政治教育要求提升双方素质,确证主体身份;构建新型话语体系,加强对话交往;聚焦共同客体,深化双方合作。Ideological and political education is essentially a human work,and promoting people's free and all-round development is the fundamental goal of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Subjectivity for ideological and political education,while highlights the main body status of educators,has lost the subject dynamics of the educatees,and cannot interpret the true pursuit of ideological and political education.Inter-subject ideological and political education transcends subjectivity ideological and political education and completes the advance from single-type subjects to synchronic double subjects,from opposition to fusion resonance,from"one-way"object to common object construction.This abandonment is conducive to better play the function of ideological and political education,promote the spiritual awakening of human beings,stimulate people's self-realization,and encourage the development of human personality.Realizing inter-subject ideological and political education requires improving the quality of both sides,confirming the identity of the subject,constructing a new discourse system,strengthening dialogue and communication,focusing on common objects and deepening cooperation between the two sides.
