摘　　要：《韩诗外传》中涉及孝道的有三个方面:第一,《韩诗外传》极为提倡孝道,甚至认为孝道高于仁义。第二,《韩诗外传》提出了解决忠孝难以两全的方法:在最初的时候,人们有权选择孝还是忠。选择孝,就不能获得朝廷的高官厚禄;选择忠,就要优先履行君臣之义。第三,《韩诗外传》特别重视孝,这可能与韩婴担任常山王太傅期间,需要劝导父不慈、子不孝的常山王室有关。This paper makes a study of the three aspects of Han Shi Wai Zhuan.Firstly,Han Shi Wai Zhuan advocated filial piety a great deal,believing that filial piety proved to be more important than benevolence.Secondly,Han Shi Wai Zhuan proposed a solution to the problem of loyalty and filial piety.At the beginning,people had the right to choose filial piety or loyalty.If they chose filial piety,they would not be able to get high official positions and high salaries.If they chose loyalty,they were supposed to give priority to loyalty and had to do their duty for their monarch.Thirdly,Han Shi Wai Zhuan laid great emphasis on filial piety,probably due to the reason that Han Ying had to persuade the king of Changshan royal family at his post.
