摘　　要：在“双一流”建设背景下,第三方评价机构作为外部质量保障体系的重要组成部分,在世界一流大学建设和发展中的作用日渐凸显。本文在外部质量保障理论的指导下,建构包含样本识别、类型识别和特征识别三个模块在内的世界一流大学第三方评价机构识别系统。根据此系统从全球400余个机构中依据独立地位、专业水平和服务属性三条原则识别出32个样本,根据专门性和认证性两个维度识别出四种机构类型,按照目标、职能、方法、标准和范围等维度对各类型机构进行特征识别。In the context of“Double First-Class”project,third-party evaluation institutions are playing an increasingly important role in WCU construction and development as an essential part of external quality assurance system.This essay constructs 3 modules including sample,type,and feature recognition to identify WCU third-party evaluation.This essay screens out 32 samples from over 400 institutions based on independent position,professional level,and service attribute;divides them into four institution categories according to expertness and accreditation;and recognizes features of multiple types of institutions based on the institutional goal,function,method,standard and range.
