摘 要:目的了解新疆维吾尔族白内障人群眼生物学参数分布,比较男、女白内障人群眼生物学参数的差异。方法分析2017年1月~2019年10月在新疆爱尔阿迪娅眼科医院检查眼部的≥40岁维吾尔族白内障人群的26742眼,使用IOL Master进行眼轴长度、角膜平均曲率半径、前房深度及白对白距离测量,并进行统计学分析。结果首次获得新疆维吾尔族≥40岁白内障人群眼部生物学参数值:眼轴长度为(23.55±1.75)mm,角膜曲率半径为(7.77±0.29)mm,前房深度为(3.16±0.46)mm,白对白间距为(11.79±0.47)mm,并且男、女性别间差异均有统计学意义(眼轴长度:t=10.51,P<0.001;角膜曲率半径:t=30.81,P<0.001;前房深度:t=11.4,P<0.001;白对白间距:t=17.38,P<0.001)。结论新疆维吾尔族≥40岁白内障人群,眼轴长度较常值(24 mm)短,角膜曲率半径与正常值(7.8mm)持平,前房深度、白对白间距较正常值(2.5 mm,11.5mm)大,其中女性相对于男性眼轴较短、角膜平均曲率半径较小、前房深度较浅、白对白间距较短。Objective To understand the distribution of eye biological parameters in Xinjiang Uygur cataract population,and to compare the differences between male and female population.Methods Cross sectional study was carried from January 2017 to October 2019.26742 eyes of Uygur population aged over 40 years were examined at the Eye Hospital of Adiya Eye Hospital in Xinjiang.IOL Master was used to measure axial length,mean corneal curvature radius,anterior chamber depth and white dialogue distance.Results For the first time,the distribution of ocular biological parameters in Xinjiang Uygur cataract population aged over 40 years were obtained based on this big data:axial length[(23.55±1.75)mm],mean corneal curvature radius[(7.77±0.29)mm],anterior chamber depth[(3.16±0.46)mm],white dialogue distance[(11.79±0.47)mm].There was obvious difference between male and female:axial length(t=10.51,P<0.001),mean corneal curvature radius(t=30.81,P<0.001),anterior chamber depth(t=11.4,P<0.001),white dialogue distance(t=17.38,P<0.001).Conclusions In Xinjiang Uygur cataract population aged over 40 years,the axial length is shorter than 24 mm,mean corneal curvature radius is equal to 7.8 mm,anterior chamber depth and white dialogue distance are longer than their normal numbers.Besides,females have shorter eye axis,smaller mean corneal curvature radius,shallower anterior chamber and shorter white dialogue space than that in males.
