情景模拟法在本科生选修课管理学教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：在本科教学中,不少专业将管理学设置为选修课,学生学习热情不高。但管理学又是一门较为重要、能让学生受益终身的课程。在长期的教学工作中,笔者在授课中应用情景模拟教学法,以培养学生实践能力为导向,能够使学生理论联系实际,更好地掌握专业知识和管理技能。本文阐述了管理学教学中应用情景模拟教学法的一些经验,以期为优化选修课教学提供一定的借鉴和参考。Management Science is an elective course in many universities,and students'enthusiasm for learning is not high.But it is a course that can benefit students for life.The author applies the Situational Simulation Teaching Method in Management Science for long time,which is oriented to cultivate students'practical ability,so students can integrate theory with practice and master professional knowledge and management skills.This paper presents some experiences of applying Scenario Simulation Teaching Method in Management Science,in order to improve the teaching quality of elective courses.
