摘  要:为解决外包混凝土加固桥梁水下桩基时,钢套筒必须插入河床才能封底的问题,发明了一种能在水下桩基任意高度自动封底的钢套筒。采用ANSYS软件模拟外包混凝土加固桩基施工,分析筒底封闭装置关键尺寸参数变化对其受力和变形影响。结果表明:主要封闭材料橡胶阀片的厚度并非越厚越好;筒底与桩壁的空隙需兼顾施工要求及橡胶阀片的封闭性能,有合理的取值范围;封底装置的材料强度不控制设计。In order to solve the problem that the steel sleeve must be inserted into the river bed to seal its bottom,when the bridge pile foundation is reinforced with wrapped concrete under water,the steel sleeve of automatic closed bottom at any height of the pile foundation under water was invented.The ANSYS software was used to simulate the construction of an externally-reinforced concrete pile foundation,the influences of the key dimension parameters of the bottom sealing device on its stress and deformation were analyzed during the construction of the reinforced the pile foundation under water with wrapped concrete.The results show that the thickness of the main sealing material rubber valve is not as thick as possible,and the gap between the bottom of the cylinder and the wall of the pile needs to take into account the construction requirements and the sealing performance of the rubber valve piece,it has a reasonable range of values,and the material strength of the sealing device does not control the design.
