摘  要:文章从混合式教学模式下体育微课的时代背景和课程优势出发,以跆拳道品势太极一章为教学案例,对混合式教学模式下跆拳道品势微课设计的教学目标、学生学情、操作流程、教学重点、教学难点进行逐一分析,展现跆拳道品势太极一章微课教学的设计思路、总体框架、制作过程。基于此,对混合式教学模式下跆拳道品势微课设计进行实践反思,旨在为跆拳道混合式教学改革提供可行性的参考和依据。Starting from the era background and curriculum advantages of sports micro class under the mixed teaching mode,taking the chapter of Taekwondo character Tai Chi as a teaching case,this paper analyzes the teaching objectives,students’learning situation,operation process,teaching focus and teaching difficulties of Taekwondo character Tai Chi micro class design under the mixed teaching mode one by one,and shows the design ideas and general situation of Taekwondo character Tai Chi micro class teaching Body frame,manufacturing process.Based on this,this paper makes a practical reflection on the design of Taekwondo character micro class under the mixed teaching mode,aiming to provide a feasible reference and basis for the reform of Taekwondo mixed teaching.
