高校舞龙舞狮项目“学、练、赛”实施途径研究

摘　　要：舞龙舞狮是中华民族的传统体育文化项目,在高校中普及和推广不能局限于肢体层面的传授,更多的是要让学生去体会并深入这一传统文化,让学生在学习后去勤加练习,在练习中思考创新,再将创新想法运用到比赛中,这才是高校引入舞龙舞狮的真正意义所在。所以,主要通过"课程教学,队伍训练,参加比赛"三个方面来分析讨论,使舞龙舞狮的传承发展在高校中得以更加有力地开展实施。Dragon and lion dance is the traditional cultural sport of the Chinese Nation.Its popularization and promotion in colleges and universities should not be limited to physical teaching.What’s more,we should let students experience the traditional culture deeply,let them practice hard after learning,think about innovation in practice,and then apply the innovative ideas to the competition.This article analyzes and discusss,mainly through three aspects——curriculum teaching,team training,participation in the competition,so that the inheritance and development of dragon and lion dance in Colleges and universities can be carried out more effectively!
