集束化护理对老年急性脑梗死合并低钠血症患者营养状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年急性脑梗死合并低钠血症患者采取集束化护理对其营养状态的影响。方法:采用随机数表法将郑州市第七人民医院2017年7月-2020年3月收治的111例老年急性脑梗死合并低钠血症患者分为对照组55例,观察组56例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取集束化护理,干预3个月后对两组患者营养相关指标[总蛋白(TP)、血红蛋白(Hb)、前白蛋白(PA)、血清白蛋白(ALB)进行对比分析,并对比两组干预后满意度及血钠水平。结果:观察组干预后TP、Hb、PA、ALB指标高于对照组,满意度相比对照组高,且观察组血钠水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于老年急性脑梗死合并低钠血症患者采取集束化护理,能够有效改善患者营养状况,改善其血钠水平,提升满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of cluster nursing on nutritional status of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with hyponatremia.Methods:111 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with hyponatre-mia in the hospital from July,2017 to March,2020 were randomly divided into control group(55 cases)and observation group(56 cases).The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given cluster nursing.After 3 months of intervention,the nutrition related indexes[total protein(TP),hemoglobin(Hb),prealbumin(PA),serum albumin(ALB)]of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the satisfaction and blood sodium level of the two groups after intervention were compared.Results:After the intervention,TP,Hb,PA and ALB indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the satisfaction degree was higher than that of the control group,and the blood sodium level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing can effectively improve the nutritional status,blood sodium level and satisfaction of elderly patients with infarction and hyponatremia.
