摘　　要：目的比较不同白及种质资源的生长指标、生理指标及其活性成分含量差异,为今后白及优良品种选育及产业化发展提供理论参考。方法采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)测定白及生理生化指标,采用微波预处理-超声波提取法测定白及多糖含量。结果不同白及种质中农艺性状、生理特性、多糖含量均存在差异,其中来源于标本园的白及中鳞茎以及根部折干率最高,分别为21.58%和12.54%;来源于杭州、标本园、广西资源,以及巨茎白及的代谢较为旺盛;来源于安徽合肥、广西资源的白及以及巨茎白及多糖含量较高,分别为6.02%、6.52%和6.18%,达到市售药材选货规格的水平。结论广西药用植物园种质资源圃内,来自标本园、广西资源以及巨茎白及表现出优质丰产特性,可为白及资源保护及优良品种选育提供参考。Objective The differences of growth index,physiological index and content of active ingredients among different Bletilla striata Germplasm resources were compared,which could provide a basis for breeding and high yield cultivation of Bletilla striata.Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to determine the physiological and biochemical inde-xes of Bletilla striata.Microwave pretreatment-ultrasonic extraction was used to determine the content of Bletilla striata polysac-charides.Results There were differences in agronomic traits,physiological characteristics and polysaccharide content among dif-ferent Bletilla striata germplasms.Among them,the drying rates of bulbs and roots of Bletilla striata from the sample garden were the highest,21.58%and 12.54%,respectively.Metabolism from Hangzhou,the sample garden,Ziyuan and Giant Stem Bletilla striata is more vigorous.The content of polysaccharides from Hefei,Ziyuan and Giant Stem Bletilla striata were 6.02%,6.52%and 6.18%respectively,which reached the level of the market specifications of medicinal materials.Conclusion In the germ-plasm resource nursery of Guangxi Botanical Garden of Medicinal Plants,Bletilla striata from the sample garden,Ziyuan and Gi-ant Stem Bletilla striata showed high quality and high yield characteristics,which could provide important references for the pro-tection of resources and the breeding of fine varieties of Bletilla striata.
