摘 要:中药鉴定学是中医药类院校的一门重要课程,也是研究和鉴定中药品种与质量的应用学科。随着科学技术的发展,分子鉴定技术逐渐应用于中药鉴定并发展为重要的鉴定方法。传统的性状鉴定、显微鉴定及理化鉴定均有较为成熟的实验课程,但分子鉴定实验课程案例较少。文章以金银花与山银花的分子鉴定为例,阐述如何在中药鉴定学实验教学中开展分子鉴定实验内容,为中药鉴定学实验教学提供指导意见。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) identification is an important subject in TCM university, and also an applied subject to study and identify the varieties and quality of TCM. With the development of science and technology, molecular identification technology is gradually applied to the identification of TCM, and have developed as an important identification method. There are mature experimental courses in traditional character identification, microscopic identification, physical and chemical identification, but there are few cases in molecular identification experiment course. In this paper, the teaching group take the molecular identification of Lonicerae Japonica Flos and Lonicerae Flos as an example. It is described how to carry out molecular identification experiment in the experimental teaching of TCM identification, and provides guidance for experimental teaching of traditional Chinese medicine identification.
