摘 要:为防止溶腔岩溶水压裂掌子面临空断面而造成隧道突水突泥,在掌子面临空断面前方预留一定厚度围岩是处理高压溶腔的常见技术手段,而防突安全厚度则成为释能降压法等处治技术中的重要技术参数。本文基于统一强度理论结合弹性薄板弯曲推导出防突岩盘在简支和固支条件下的安全厚度解析解,并推导了防突岩盘在厚度一定时作用于防突岩盘后的溶腔压力。依托海口南渡江引水隧道进行工程应用,公式及计算结果表明,掌子面防突安全厚度与溶腔压力、岩体泊松比、掌子面半径、粘聚力有关。此成果为规避富水隧道高压溶腔突水突泥水害发生及富水隧道高压溶腔防突安全厚度设计、施工方面提供理论依据,避免突水突泥带来重大经济损失。To prevent tunnel water inrush and mud inrush caused by karst water fracturing face empty section,reserving a certain thickness of surrounding rock in front of the face empty section is a co mmon technical means to deal with high pressure karst cavity,and the safe thickness of outburst prevention has become an important technical parameter in the treatment technology,such as energy release and pressure reduction method.Based on the unified strength theory and the bending of elastic thin plate,the analytical solution of the safe thickness of the outburst-proof rock plate under the condition of simple support and fixed support is deduced,and the water pressure acting on the outburst-proof rock plate at a certain thickness is deduced.Relying on Yesanguan Tunnel of Yiwan Railway for engineering application,the formula and calculation results show that the safe thickness of outburst prevention of face is related to water pressure,Poisson’s ratio of rock mass,radius and cohesion of face.The results provide a theoretical basis for avoiding the occurrence of water inrush and mud inrush in the high-pressure cavity of the rich water tunnel,and for the design and construction of the safe thickness of the high-pressure cavity of the rich water tunnel,so as to avoid the great economic loss caused by the water inrush and mud inrush.
