摘　　要：红芸豆是一类经济效益较好的小杂粮,具有降血糖、润肺消肿、提高人体免疫力的效果。从红芸豆中提取的α-淀粉酶抑制剂是一种具有抑制淀粉酶活性的物质,能选择性地减少碳水化合物的摄取,起到降低动物体内血糖、血脂的效果。在饲料禁抗的大环境下,寻找有效的抗生素替代品是件很急迫的事情,中草药因其不残留、不产生抗药性、不污染环境的特点拥有巨大的应用潜力。本文介绍了红芸豆α-淀粉酶抑制剂和中草药的特点和应用效果,并通过检索到的相关文献探讨红芸豆α-淀粉酶抑制剂和中草药组合饲料在实际生产中的应用价值。Red kidney bean is a kind of small coarse cereals with good economic benefits.Its direct consumption has the effects of lowering blood sugar,moistening the lung and detumescence,and improving human immunity.Theα-amylase inhibitor extracted from red kidney bean is a kind of material which can inhibit the activity of amylase.It can selectively reduce the intake of carbohydrate,thus reducing the blood glucose and blood lipid content in animals.In the environment of not allowed antibiotics to feed,it is urgent to find an effective substitute for antibiotics.Chinese herbal medicine has great application potential because of its characteristics of no residue,no drug resistance,and no environmental pollution.In this paper,the characteristics and application effect of red kidney beanα-amylase inhibitor and Chinese herbal medicine were introduced,and the application value of red kidney beanα-amylase inhibitor and Chinese herbal medicine feed in actual production was discussed through relevant literature.
