摘 要:目的:探讨施用微生物菌肥对雷竹笋生长量、土壤养分含量和微生物数量的影响。方法:设置菌肥用量0(CK)、30kg/hm2(T1)、90kg/hm2(T2)、150kg/hm2(T3)4个处理,采用随机区组设计,测定雷竹笋日生长量、土壤养分含量和微生物数量,分析竹笋生长量与土壤养分含量、微生物数量的相关性。结果:施用菌肥能促进雷竹笋生长,且随着施肥量的增加,竹笋生长量呈增加的趋势;土壤有机质、全氮及有效磷含量随施肥量的增加呈先增加后降低的趋势,碱解氮含量随施肥量的增加而增加,且处理间均达到差异显著水平(P<0.05),速效钾含量随施肥量的增加先降低后增加;细菌数量随施肥的增加先增加后降低,施肥处理对真菌和放线菌数量变化无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:雷竹笋生长量与土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮含量存在极显著正相关关系,有机质、全氮、碱解氮含量的增加有利于竹笋生长,其中碱解氮含量对生长速率的影响较大。施用微生物菌肥能显著提高雷竹笋生长,改善土壤微环境。Objective:to investigate the effects of microbial fertilizer on shoot growth,soil nutrient content and micro⁃bial quantity of Phyllostachys praecox.Method:four treatments of 0 kg/hm2(CK),30 kg/hm2(T1),90 kg/hm2(T2)and 150 kg/hm2(T3)were used to determine the daily growth,soil nutrient content and microbial quantity of Phyllo⁃stachys praecox.Result:the application of bacterial fertilizer could promote the growth of Phyllostachys praecox shoots,and the growth of bamboo shoots showed an increasing trend with the increase of fertilizer application amount;the contents of soil organic matter,total nitrogen and available phosphorus increased at first and then de⁃creased with the increase of fertilizer application amount,and the content of alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen increased with the increase of fertilizer application amount,and the difference was significant(P<0.05)There was no signifi⁃cant difference in the number of fungi and actinomycetes between the two treatments(P>0.05).Conclusion:the growth of Phyllostachys praecox shoots was significantly positively correlated with the contents of soil organic matter,total nitrogen and alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen.The increase of contents of organic matter,total nitrogen and alkali hy⁃drolyzable nitrogen was beneficial to the growth of bamboo shoots.Application of microbial fertilizer can significantly improve the growth of Phyllostachys praecox shoots and improve the soil microenvironment.
