摘 要:随着人们对家用食材保鲜效果要求的提高,传统冰箱的单一送风与控温模式已经无法满足保鲜需求。针对传统冰箱无差异存储引起的保鲜效果差的问题,提出了基于温/湿/氧多要素控制及柔性分区的食品存储理念,针对柔性分区建立了保鲜品质及空间利用率双因子数学模型,根据用户调研数据和食品劣变实验确定了柔性分区方案,与传统冰箱相比保鲜效果提升了56%。With the increase in people’s demand of household food freshness,the single-pattern air supply and temperature/freshness control in the conventional refrigerator no longer meet the requirement of food preservation nowadays.To address the problem of poor preservation quality with non-partitioned storage in conventional refrigerators,this article proposes the concept of temperature-humidity-oxygen-based precise preservation and flexible partitioned storage.The two-factor mathematical model is built for preservation quality and efficient use of compartment space.Besides,the scheme of flexible partitioned storage is also determined according to user survey data and food deterioration experiments.Compared to the conventional refrigerators,that with the new concept enhances food preservation quality by 56%.
