摘 要:本文在农村劳动力大转移背景下分析了非农收入对农村居民食物消费结构的影响,基于2001—2017年中国30个省份的农村面板数据,利用广义矩估计法和分位数回归法考察了非农收入对农村居民不同类型食物消费结构的影响。结果表明,非农收入有力地促进了农村居民对蔬菜和动物类食物的消费,显著减少了粮食消费;非农收入对各类食物消费比重的影响程度也有差异,非农收入对粮食消费的影响随着消费比重的增加呈现U型曲线特征,对肉类和蛋类消费的影响随消费比重的增加呈倒U型曲线特征,对蔬菜消费的影响随消费比重的增加逐渐递减,而对禽类和水产品消费的影响随消费比重的增加逐渐递增。This paper analyzes the influence of non-agricultural income on the food consumption structure of rural residents under the background of large transfer of rural labor force.Based on the rural panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2001 to 2017,the influence of non-agricultural income on different types of food consumption structure of rural residents was investigated by using generalized moment estimation method and quantile regression method.As a result,non-agricultural income has greatly promoted the consumption of vegetables and animal foods by rural residents,and has significantly reduced the consumption of food;the influence of non-agricultural income on the proportion of all kinds of food consumption is also different,and the influence of non-agricultural income on food consumption shows a U pattern with the increase of consumption proportion As the proportion of meat and eggs increased,the influence on vegetable consumption decreased gradually with the increase of consumption proportion,and the influence on poultry and aquatic products consumption increased gradually with the increase of consumption proportion.
