摘　　要：剥脱性唇炎目前发病机制不明,西医以对症治疗为主,见效快但易复发。中医治疗剥脱性唇炎历史悠久,疗效确凿。陈国丰教授临床经验丰富,对剥脱性唇炎的治疗见解独特,认为该病的病机为外感风邪,湿热内生;阴虚血燥,唇失所养,提出以祛风、胜湿、养血(阴)为主,清热泻火勿忘顾护脾胃的治疗法则,为剥脱性唇炎的中医临床诊疗提供了新的方法和思路。The current pathogenesis of exfoliative cheilitis is unknown.Western medicine is mainly symptomatic,with quick effect but easy recurrence.Chinese medicine has a long history of treating exfoliative cheilitis,and its curative effect is conclusive.Professor CHEN Guofeng has rich clinical experience and unique insights into the treatment of exfoliative cheilitis.He thinks the pathogenesis of this disease is exogenous wind evil,dampness and heat endogenous,yin deficiency and blood dryness,and lip loss.He proposes that the treatment of exfoliative cheilitis is dispelling the wind,clearing dampness and nourishing the blood(yin)and he emphasizes the importance of taking care of the spleen and stomach while clearing heat-fire,which provides new methods and ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of exfoliative cheilitis.
