摘　　要：由于肝硬化门静脉高压异位静脉曲张破裂出血诊断困难、出血量大、止血困难、预后差、死亡率高,其早期识别和治疗是困扰临床工作的一个难题。本文对肝硬化门静脉高压异位静脉曲张破裂出血的识别与治疗进行综述。The early recognition and treatment of ectopic varicose vein hemorrhage caused by portal hypertension in hepatic cirrhosis is a difficult problem in clinical work because of its difficulty in diagnosis,large amount of bleeding,difficulty in hemostasis,poor prognosis and high mortality.In this paper,the recognition and treatment of ectopic varicose vein hemorrhage in hepatic portal hypertension are summarized by referring to relevant literature.
