高校体育院系劳动教育实践路径及其思政功能--以韩山师范学院为例

摘　　要：劳动教育是新时代党对教育的新要求,是高等教育不可或缺的重要组成部分。在高校开展劳动教育是人才培养的客观需要,有助于弥补高校劳动教育的缺失。韩山师范学院体育学院探索了劳动教育的开展路径,包括依托体育场馆开展劳动教育、依托体育活动开展劳动教育、依托体育社团开展劳动教育、依托体育支教开展劳动教育等方式,实践了劳动教育的思政功能,主要体现在培养学生爱国爱乡爱校的家国情怀、塑造学生明道传道学道的师道精神、凝练学生求是求真求正的学人品质、修炼学生仁爱进取精诚的心灵境界。Labor education is the new requirement of the Communist Party of China for education in the new era,and it is an indispensable part of higher education.Carrying out labor education in colleges and universities is the objective need of talent training,which helps to make up for the lack of labor education in colleges and universities.The College of Physical Education of Hanshan Normal University has explored the ways to carry out labor education,including:relying on sports venues to carry out labor education,relying on sports activities to carry out labor education,relying on sports associations to carry out labor education,and relying on sports support education to carry out labor education.The ideological and political education function of labor education is mainly reflected in helping to cultivate students’patriotism and love for their hometown and school;shaping students’spirit of discerning,preaching and learning truth;refining students’scholarly quality of seeking truth in the right path;and cultivating students’spiritual realm of benevolence,enterprise and sincerity.
