试析荀悦“君臣民一体”有机管理的辩证思想及意义

摘　　要：在治国安邦上,荀悦把管理的重点从神学管理转移至人文管理。其加强中央集权的重要构想是“君臣民一体”的有机管理,这既有历史理论依据,又有认识论、人性论哲学依据。这一构想的核心是道义下君臣并立、以民为本,形成自下而上和自上而下双向良性循环的有机管理机制。荀悦“君臣民一体”有机管理的辩证思想对现代社会治理具有一定的启示意义。Xun Yue shifts the focus of management from theological management to humanistic management.The important conception of strengthening the centralization is the organic management of“the trinity of monarch,his vassals and the populace”,which has both the historical basis of theory and the philosophical basis of epistemology and human nature theory.The core of this idea is to form an organic management mechanism of bottom-up and top-down interaction under the principle of justice.It has certain enlightening significance to the modern social governance.
