摘 要:为探究绿色建筑材料,将电厂发电残余物稻壳灰掺入到水泥砂浆中,得到了一种新的稻壳灰水泥砂浆。以不同稻壳灰掺量和水灰比为影响因素,配制了16组水泥砂浆进行流动度试验和7d与28d的静态拉压试验,得到两种影响因素分别对水泥砂浆工作性能与力学性能的影响规律,并通过SEM电镜试验对稻壳灰在水泥砂浆中的作用机理进行了分析。结果表明:掺入电厂稻壳灰的水泥砂浆其流动度会有所降低,但抗折和抗压强度得到了明显增强;对比7d和28d力学性能试验结果,稻壳灰掺量的增加,会降低其力学性能增强过程的稳定性;适量电厂稻壳灰可与水泥水化主要产物Ca(OH)2二次水化生成C-S-H凝胶,并具有"微集料效应"。综合试验结果,建议电厂稻壳灰掺量为10%,水灰比为0.54。To investigate green building materials,rice husk ash,a residue from power plant power generation was added to the cement mortar forming a new type of rice husk ash-cement mortar.16 groups of cement mortars were prepared with different rice husk ash admixture amounts and water-cement ratios as the influencing factors,being subjected to flowability tests and static tensile tests at 7d and 28d to analyze the effects of different admixture amounts of rice husk ash and different water-cement ratios on the working and mechanical properties of the cement mortars.In addition,the micro-mechanism of rice husk ash in cement mortar was analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)test.The results demonstrated that when mixed with RHA from power plant,the fluidity of the rice husk ash cement mortar was reduced,while the bending strength and compressive strength were significantly enhanced.Moreover,compared with the results of mechanical property tests at the age of 7d and 28d respectively,the increase of rice husk ash would reduce the stability of its mechanical property in the process of enhancement.The appropriate content of rice husk ash from power plant would be secondary hydrated with Ca(OH)2,a main product of cement hydration,to form C-S-H gels,which have the micro-aggregate effect.On the whole,it is recommended that the power plant rice husk ash content is 10%and the water-cement ratio 0.54 respectively.
