摘  要:铅能对生物体产生毒害作用,并改变细胞内的基因和酶的结构与功能。本研究探究了不同质量分数的Pb^2+作用下的小鼠肝脏GST和GSH-PX酶活力及其相关基因mRNA表达变化。结果显示,50 mg/kg质量分数的Pb^2+作用下的实验组小鼠精神状态良好,无明显变化;而小鼠的食欲和精神状态在250 mg/kg和500 mg/kg质量分数的Pb^2+作用下出现了一定程度的变化。统计学分析结果表明,酶活力及m RNA转录水平与实验中的Pb^2+质量分数呈负相关性,而酶活力与mRNA转录水平呈正相关性。The structure and function of enzymes and their genes would be changed significantly stressed by heavy metals,and then the normal functions of the whole cell was also affected. This study takes the livers of mice as the subject of study under the 50 mg/kg, 250 mg/kg and 500 mg/kg of different concentrations of Pb2 +stress to explore two enzyme activities and the mRNA transcription level of related genes. The results showed that mental state of mice under 50 mg/kg is not significant different from the control group, however, the mice appear listlessness and appetite decreases in the medium and highly Pb^2+concentration groups(250 mg/kg and 500 mg/kg). Statistical analysis showed that GST, GSH-PX activity and the m RNA transcription levels of them had a significant negative correlation with Pb2 +concentration, and GST, GSH-PX activity had a significant positive correlation with the mRNA transcription levels.
