摘  要:纵观我国高职院校为“一带一路”培养专门人才的现状,还存在着双语技能型人才培养目标不明确、跨文化交际能力培养力度不足、“一带一路”适应性培养不足、专业化“双师型”队伍结构建设存在异质性问题等缺陷。以“2L3I”作为人才培养目标构建的双语技能型人才培养模式能针对性地解决这些问题,并给出适当的路径建议,以期为提高我国高职院校服务“一带一路”人才培养水平献言献策。By taking an overview of status quo of cultivating special talents for the Belt and Road Initiative in higher vocational education colleges in our country,some deficiencies still exist such as ambiguous target of cultivating bilingual talents,weakness of intercultural communication competence,insufficient cultivation of adaptation for the Belt and Road Initiative and the Heterogeneity of structural construction of professional“Double-Quality Teacher”team.The construction of the mode for bilingual talents cultivation with“2L3I”as the target of talent cultivation can solve pertinently those problems and it gives suggestion of appropriate ways to provide proposals for improving the talent cultivation in higher vocational education colleges in our country serving the Belt and Road Initiative.
