摘  要:针对干式真空泵在运转过程中的剐蹭问题,从其工作原理、振动频谱等方面进行分析,设计了剐蹭频率的特征信号提取电路。将设计好的振动选频模块与干式真空泵的主控板相关联,并在手控盒中添加振动检测画面,设置了预警值。当泵在运转过程中出现剐蹭时,剐蹭信号会通过选频模块传输到主控板,在显示终端上显示并报警。通过添加振动选频模块,可实现剐蹭预警,提醒工作人员做好换泵组准备,使生产效率得到提高。Focusing on the structure of dry vacuum pump,this paper discusses the cause and harm of scraping of dry vacuum pump,and finds out the characteristic frequency of scraping of domestic dry vacuum pump through vibration test and characteristic spectrum analysis.Based on this,a vibration frequency selection module which can detect the scraping state of domestic pumps in real time is designed.It has been verified by experiments that the frequency selection module can detect the characteristic frequency when the pump body is scraping,and the detection results are basically consistent with the vibration analysis software,which greatly improves the staff's warning for the scraping stuck of the pump group.
