摘 要:以阵列多像素光子计数器(MPPC)为探测器的脉冲型测距激光雷达有着高灵敏度、探测速度快的特点,且可以实现较普通脉冲型激光雷达更远距离的探测。为此,该文设计了一款基于MPPC探测器的激光脉冲信号读出电路。通过设计跨阻放大电路和二级电压放大电路实现了对微弱激光脉冲信号的放大,利用高速电压比较器实现了脉冲信号的鉴别。对所设计电路进行了仿真,仿真结果表明所设计的放大电路在75~88 MHz带宽范围内实现74 dB的增益,输出CMOS逻辑电平。该电路能够实现脉冲功率100 mW、150~200 m范围内反射的回波信号的有效检测。The pulse-type lidar with the array multi-pixel photon counter(MPPC)as the detector has the characteristics of high sensitivity,fast detection speed.It also can detect longer distance than ordinary pulse-type lidars.A laser pulse signal readout circuit based on MPPC detector is designed.The weak laser pulse signal is amplified by the transimpedance amplifier and a two-stage voltage amplifier,the pulse signal is distinguished by a high-speed voltage comparator.The circuit is simulated in this paper,and the simulation results show that this amplifier achieves a gain of 74 dB in 75~88 MHz bandwidth,the output of this circuit is CMOS logic level.This circuit can effectively detect the echo signal reflected in the range of 150~200 m with 100 mW pulse power.
