摘 要:在高速铁路接触网的实际运营中,由于接触网振动、疲劳寿命等原因,吊弦断裂的故障时有发生,不利于弓网之间稳定受流。为了提高弓网受流质量同时解决吊弦断裂的问题,根据京津城际铁路接触网实际结构参数,在有限元软件MSC. Marc中搭建仿真模型,分析吊弦参数对于接触网刚度分布和接触力的影响。结果表明,线密度小、杨氏模量小的吊弦有利于改善接触网刚度分布,进而改善弓网受流质量。通过进行不同材料的比较,在满足铁道行业标准相关规定的条件下,选取Kevlar29纤维作为新型吊弦材料。采用新型吊弦可以改善接触网刚度分布,降低接触力的幅值和变化幅度,提高弓网受流质量。同时,能够改善机械损伤和电气腐蚀等造成吊弦断裂的问题。In the actual operation of high-speed railway catenary, the fracture fault of dropper often occurs due to catenary vibration, fatigue life and other reasons, which are harmful to the stable current collection between pantograph and catenary. In order to improve the current collection quality of pantograph/catenary and solve the problem of dropper fracture, a simulation model is built by means of the finite element software MSC. Marc according to the actual structural parameters of Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway to analyze the influence of catenary parameters on catenary stiffness distribution and contact force. The results show that the dropper with smaller linear density and Young’s modulus can improve the distribution of catenary stiffness and the current collection quality of pantograph/catenary. Through comparison of different materials, kevlar29 fiber is selected as the new type of dropper material under the condition of meeting the relevant provisions of railway industry standards. The new type of dropper can improve the distribution of catenary stiffness, reduce amplitude and variation of contact force, and improve the current collection quality of pantograph/catenary. Meanwhile, it can overcome mechanical damage, electrical corrosion and other problems that make the dropper broken.
