摘 要:混凝土施工缝在工程施工中无法避免,施工缝处理传统方式为人工或机械凿毛,但该方式费工费时,效果受人为因素影响较大。近年来,施工缝冲毛方式应用逐渐增多。在施工过程中,通过调整外加剂掺量来控制混凝土凝结时间、选择合适的表面缓凝剂用量以满足刻蚀深度要求,在浇注完成后控制缓凝剂的喷洒角度和距离及对高压水枪冲毛角度的合理选择,以达到理想的施工缝处理效果,有效解决传统凿毛中存在的质量通病,提高了施工效率。Concrete construction joint can not be avoided in engineering construction.The traditional treatment of construction joint is chiseling by manpower or machine,but this method is time-consuming and the effect is greatly affected by human factors.In recent years,the application of water flushing chiseling method for construction joint has gradually increased.During construction,through the adjusting of admixture amount to control the setting time of concrete and select the appropriate amount of surface retarder to meet the requirements of etching depth.Control the spraying angle and distance of retarder after pouring and select the reasonable angle of flushing of high-pressure water gun,to achieve the treatment effect of construction joint.This method effectively solves the common quality problems existing in traditional chiseling,and improves the construction efficiency.
