摘　　要：采用集成雷达典型结构特征的工程样件和标准试样,从施工工艺、反射率、机械性能、环境适应性和成本方面对4种雷达吸波涂料进行了分析,从中选择了满足某型机载雷达的雷达散截面积(RCS)、环境适应性指标及多种基材复杂构件的批生产涂装需求的吸波涂料。Four types of wave-absorbing paints were analyzed from the aspects of spraying process,reflectivity,mechanical properties,environmental compatibility,and cost using engineering samples with typical structures and standard samples.One of the four wave-absorbing paints meeting the requirements of radar cross section(RCS),environmental compatibility,and batch painting on complex components made of different materials for a model of airborne radar was selected.
