摘 要:为了解决双组分涂料喷涂人工作业混料强度高、混合实时性差、混料比例不稳定,以及排风、混料、工位转换等各环节独立运行、喷涂参数和轨迹选择繁琐等缺点,研制了双组分涂料机器人智能化喷涂工作站。通过配置机器人、齿轮泵自动混漆装置、工件识别系统、空气处理系统、工位转换装置、电控系统、信息化平台等,实现了双组分涂料的实时混料、喷涂、废气排放处理等环节的联锁集成控制,并具备工位的自动切换和根据工件喷涂参数自动调整、统计分析报表自动生成等功能。本工作站结构紧凑、功能完备、造价低,可用于电控箱、千斤顶等中小件产品喷涂。To solve the problems existing in manual spraying of two-component paint i.e.high mixing intensity,poor realtime mixing,unstable mixing proportion,independent operation of exhaust,mixing,and position conversion,as well as tedious selection of spraying parameters and trajectory,an intelligent robot spraying workstation was developed.Not only the integrated interlock control of real-time mixing,spraying and exhaust gas treatment of two-component coating was realized through the configuration of robots,gear pump automatic paint mixing device,workpiece identification system,air handling system,position conversion device,electronic control system,information platform,etc.,but also the automatic switching of working position,automatic adjustment according to the spraying parameters of different workpieces,and automatic generation of statistical analysis report forms were realized.The given workstation features compact structure,multifunction,and low cost and is suitable for spraying small-and medium-sized products such as electric control boxes and jacks.
